Our Mission
Our mission is to stimulate the residents of Savaneta and surroundings to make use of all opportunities and possibilities that Centro di Bario Savaneta has to offer, to increase the range of activities in the neighborhood, and to keep the people of Savaneta connected with the community.
Our vision
• To offer activities that increase participation across all age groups, fortifying the quality of life for residents of the neighborhood and the surrounding areas.
• To sustain the continuous development between the neighborhood through an engaged society.
• To promote collaboration and cooperation between the different clubs and organizations in the neighborhood and surroundings.
Our Story
Centro di Bario Savaneta, officially named "Stichting Recreatie- en Buurtcentrum Savaneta," was founded on May 2, 1987.
Centro di Bario Savaneta plays a crucial role not only for the immediate neighborhood but also for the broader district of Savaneta. It serves as a hub where both the elderly and the youth can come together for recreational activities, fostering mental, cultural, and sports development. This engagement is a means for residents to stay connected with the community and to stimulate their active participation.
Centro di Bario Savaneta organizes a variety of activities throughout the year, including recreational, cultural, and sports events, lectures, vacation camps, and more.

To bring the neighborhood together and maintain this unity, by establishing & maintaining a Recreational Center with an accepting & open mind.
To promote Social, Physical & Mental Wellbeing within our Community by closely working alongside Professionals, other Community Centers & Organizations that share similar values.
To encourage & sustain the positive development amongst our people in Savaneta as well as the rest of the Island of Aruba by organizing & executing programs that support & encourage Youth, Volunteers as well as Families to explore their talents, discover their passions and take their skills to the next level.
